3. At the same time as regulating and complying with the personal information protection policy that aims to appropriately protect personal information, ACTIS will review this policy and make continuous improvement according to the business environment.

4. ACTIS has set up an internal mechanism so as to control the risks of unauthorized access,destruction, falsification, loss and leak of the personal information and also maintain and improve safety management with proper preventive and safty measures.

When entrust the collected personal information to and a third party, ACTIS will oblige the 3rd party with the contract and perform necessary and appropriate supervision regarding compliance of the contract in terms of safety measures concerning leakage prevention, duplication prohibition and re-entrustment.
